I am currently participating in an Empowerment Mentorship program with Les Brown and Paul Martinelli. It has only be 3 weeks since the program began and I have learned so much. I feel as if I am expanding and transforming my life further as I am being called toward my dream of speaking to the world. While there is part of me that is afraid, there is another part of me that is really excited about giving birth to my new vision.

In my last post I shared information about creating awareness and I recently learned about the 7 levels of awareness from my Empowerment Mentorship program. I thought it would be helpful to you through your process of creation.

In the program Paul Martinelli mentioned that everything you are creating or attracting in your life today is as a result of your level of awareness. I encourage you to read through the following levels and see if you can identify which level you are currently creating from. Then consider which level you would like to be creating from.

1. Animal Level:  – This level reflects the belief that “life happens to me”. The dialogue is often “he made me” or “see what you made me do” or “it can’t be my fault”. At this level we react to our current thinking, conditions and circumstances.

2. Mass level: This level is where people follow the crowd. You are programmed to conform to the majority, believing “they can’t be all wrong.” It is based on group thinking not individual thinking.

3. Aspiration level: This is often where people experience a wake up call and discover they want more out of life. There is a part of us that is always seeking to grow but at this level, we have the desire but we don’t make the change. We have the desire, but we get stuck. The dialogue here is “I’m going to get around to it.” When your stuck in aspiration you are supported by mass consciousness. You will always be getting ready to get ready. There is a lot of fear and uncertainty and that can stop you in your tracks.

4. Expression level: At this level you have become more aware of your own uniqueness. There is often a lot of fear at this level as we step out as individual we meet with failure. There is no support here. Fear, doubt and uncertainty is present without the support of others. You either step forward into growth or you step back into safety. This is where you begin to move toward your dream.

5. Discipline level: At this level you have the ability to give yourself a command and then follow through with it.  Doing it even if you don’t feel like it. I like to say “I feel the fear and do it anyway.” This is where you are living from your dream. Nothing will keep you down. At this level you believe “I already have it, it just hasn’t come into form yet.” You bear witness as you give birth to it through your actions. There is a level of order and context that allows you to become an unstoppable force. Failure is a learn.

6. Experience level: At this level you are OPEN to learn.  You are gaining understanding and you act on the idea. At this level you take action. You experience the law of cause and affect. YOU cause a change in the conditions and circumstances of our life. In each moment there is a lesson and a learning. There is no substitute for experience.

7. Mastery level: At this level you have a calm confidence.
